- Hayman awarded seven state, 3,000 unit multifamily portfolio consisting of 20 properties in California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Texas and Virginia.
- An apartment community in Roanake, Virginia which was stabilized, occupancy brought to 89% from 52% with rent increased 24%. Property sold successfully in 18 months.
- Hayman took over two Michigan foreclosure apartment communities from Dallas-based owner. In the first, occupancy was increased from 78% to 96 % in 90 days. The second, property occupancy was increased from 62% to 98% with both properties sold in 18 months.
- New York based bank turned a 120 unit "broken condo" over to Hayman for conversion to rental property. Occupancy brought to 85% in just a few months and climbing.
